Central LA The city of Central was established in April of 2005' and it is noted as the thirteenth-largest town within the state of Louisiana. Central is the second largest city in East Baton Rouge Parish. The population of Central was 26,864 as of the 2010' census but it is steadily growing. People that live in Central take pride in calling it home. The convenience and variety that this city offers is unbelievable when it comes to commuting, dinning and shopping. There are several mom and pop shops and other popular brands such as; Walmart Grocery Store, Winn Dixie, Oak Point, The Central Drug Store, CVS, Walgreen... this list goes on and on.
